How you tilt the louvres changes both the look of your shutters and the view through the window. Marcan shutters are available with a traditional tilt bar, a slim mini tilt bar or a hidden tilt mechanism, depending on the collection.
A visible bar on the front of each panel moves all of the louvres together. A classic look, available on Talento Vinyl shutters.
A slimmer tilt bar that keeps the classic operation with a lighter look. Available on Talento Vinyl shutters.
A concealed mechanism replaces the front tilt bar for a cleaner look and a less interrupted view. Featured on Somerset shutters.
Louvre size affects both style and view. Larger louvres open up more of the view; smaller louvres give a more traditional look. Cashmere Hardwood, Somerset and Tilia shutters are offered in 2½″, 3½″ and 4½″ louvres.
